Another great year at the Corpus Christi Law Enforcement Fishing Tournament for 2010. Congratulations to all the anglers that participated!

Friday Night was an action packed afternoon and evening with a lot of prizes from their raffle and silent auction.

Weigh Master Jim from the Texas Parks & Wildlife looks for cheaters that might effect the final results. Turns out that it’s all good!

Little Fishing Tips with Captain John Little
This weeks fishin tip is how to take care of your fishing poles and prevent scoring. Whenever you travell with your fishing poles be sure to take off your weights so that they don’t swing around your poles and score them. I’ve seen lots of poles broken from not taking weights off. Also, when your securing your hook on the eye of the rod, be sure to use the medal part of the eye and avoid the plastic parts. this will help keep your poles in great working order.
